Things to Prepare Before Attending POC2022:
COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, your health and safety when attending POC2022 is of utmost importance to us. We would like inform you that all participants of POC2022 will have their vaccination status and pre-event COVID-19 test result verified at the registration counter on the event day. Kindly read the following information to ensure you have prepared the necessary before attending the event.

Pre-Event COVID-19 Test

We strongly recommend that you perform a COVID-19 test prior to attending POC2022 to ensure a fast and seamless registration process on the event day.

In order for your test result to be reflected on MySejahtera app for our verification, here’s what you need to do:

Step 1:
Undergo a COVID-19 test
The types of test accepted for our verification include:
  1. Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) Test* done within 72 hours before attending the event;
  2. Antigen Rapid (RTK-Ag) Test* done within 36 hours before attending the event; OR
  3. COVID-19 Self-Test** done with a Medical Device Authority (MDA) approved test kit within 36 hours before attending the event.
*RT-PCR test or RTK-Ag test must be done at a clinic, hospital or Ministry of Health of Malaysia (MOH) approved test facility.

Step 2:
Check for COVID-19 test status on MySejahtera
If you have undergone a RT-PCR Test or RTK-AG Test at a medical facility, your test result will be updated by the facility to MySejahtera. You may also show us the lab report for verification purpose.

If you have conducted a Self-Test, you are required to upload your test result to MySejahtera. Please refer to the steps to upload listed below.

Your test result will be reflected on your MySejahtera “Profile” page.
In the event that your test result is not reflected on MySejahtera app, you may visit the POC2022 venue for a COVID-19 Test on-site. Should you require this assistance, we strongly advise you to drop by the registration counter on 7 March 2022 (Monday) for the test to avoid a long waiting time during Conference Opening on the next day.

Disclaimers:
  1. Only fully vaccinated participants and participants who tested negative based on our verification are allowed to attend POC2022.
  2. All POC2022 participants must adhere to Conference Terms & Conditions and any safety protocol that may be implemented by the Organiser.
  3. POC2022 Conference passes are strictly non-transferable.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to remove or deny entry to any participant who breaches the Conference Terms & Conditions or rules and regulations of the Conference Venue.
If you have conducted a Self-Test, you are required to upload your test result to MySejahtera. Here are the steps to upload your result on MySejahtera app.
 

Step 1:
Launch MySejahtera app and click “COVID-19 Self Report”

Step 2:
Click “Update COVID-19 Result”

Step 3:
Click “Start”

Step 4:
Answer the questionnaire, upload proof of picture/document, click “Submit” and your test result will be updated by MySejahtera to your “Profile” page.
Note:
  1. Please ensure your MySejahtera App has been updated to the latest version via Apple AppStore, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery.
  2. Upon successful submission, your status update on the app is subject to MySejahtera’s latest process and turnaround time.
